Ordering online
When you have placed your shopping in your cart, please proceed to the checkout.
If you have not already created an account, you will be prompted to do so. This will provide us with your billing, shipping and email address. Once you are logged in, you can complete the checkout. In the payment method section, select the credit card option and fill in the required fields. Confirm the order and the payment will be made from your card.
If you require an order urgently, ie for a birthday or other special occasion please let us know when you order.
We accept most major credit or debit cards. Credit or debit cards are processed immediately using WorldPay.
For your security please DO NOT send credit card details to us by e-mail, post or fax. Our online payment system includes a high level of security that is not included in e-mail.
All transactions are processed securely by World Pay.
Ordering by post
If you prefer you can post your order to us. Once you have decided on your purchases, please write your order clearly stating item, quantity, colour and size if applicable. Total the order up and add the relevant postage, see below.

Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of us receipt of payment. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that your order has been received and is being processed.
We will send your order using the royal mail standard service, and we would normally expect it to be delivered within 1 week in the UK, 2 weeks in the EU and 3 weeks for the rest of the world. However, we suggest that you allow 28 days for delivery.
Some items in our shop are shipped direct from our suppliers, if there is a problem with your order you will be notified either by ourselves or by the supplier.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unused and unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact if applicable) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Postage is at your own expense unless the goods are faulty. Please note: We can only offer refunds on opened items if they are faulty.
Any faulty, damaged or defective goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement item to the same value, and we will reimburse your postage costs.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as we cannot consider returns that we don't receive.
Some items such as footwear and wine should be returned direct to the supplier; contact information will be provide with the delivery.
